在推廣影音網站訊息文宣時，避免大量的文宣中；有重複張貼使網友感受干擾，都有違GDI公司的形象；藉此慎重說明：一率不得明目呈現GDI以及GDI logo 的字眼，這都如同散發垃圾郵件訊息一般！為防諸位用心的成員權益受到影響，遭受到撤除GDI事業會員的資格….請所有夥伴謹記此規範，並將這份訊息傳達給每位事業夥伴成員作為警戒！

定義垃圾郵件
垃圾郵件是任何和所有濫發電子郵件或其他電子信息.任何推廣,信息或發出邀約一個人未經其直接事先是垃圾郵件.例子郵件(組成,但不僅限於):任何電子郵件訊息是,如果郵件發送到收件人曾簽署了接收簡訊,產品信息,或任何其他類型的電子訊息,但後來選擇出所顯示給寄件人,他們不再願意接受額外電子-訊息.
任何電子郵件傳遞給受助者有沒有事先與寄件人或不同意直接向接觸發送垃圾郵件.

任何電子郵件發送到收件人無一個明確的方向,一人選擇退出或要求今後信息不寄給他們,是垃圾郵件.
任何電子郵件發送訊息張貼或通過聊天室,即時通訊系統,新聞組,留言板,新聞組或者是垃圾郵件.
任何電子信息,即不具備有效答覆解決的是垃圾郵件.
